My furnace didn’t come on Tuesday morning, I called Charley and told him that my furnace wouldn’t come on could be the sensor. He came out the same day and it was the sensor he came back the next day and replaced it. Charley went above and beyond to find a sensor for my furnace I really appreciated that since it’s going to be freezing this weekend. Thank you General Heating And Cooling and a big thank you to Charley.

I had a furnace go out New Year's Day at a rental property. It was dead and the temperatures were dropping to below 0 at night. Charlie first tried to fix the problem and help me save some money, but my beast was 34 years old and there was no reviving it. Rick, the owner, was very patient and did a fantastic job of explaining the pros and cons of each option I had. By the end of the second day I had a new furnace and a very happy tenant. The work site was cleaner after Charlie left than when he got there, and the dead carcass was carried off and disposed of. The best part of my whole experience was the quote I was given was exactly what I was charged. There were no hidden/extra fees, charges, or taxes. What a blessing. I will definitely be updating my air conditioner from General Heating and Cooling.
